The peptidio Marketplace (the "Marketplace") is a directory of outbound affiliate links to third-party vendors. It is not a pharmacy, a retailer, a distributor, a compounder, a telehealth provider, or any other regulated seller of goods or services. This Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service.
What the Marketplace is, and is not
- We do not stock, ship, manufacture, compound, sell, dispense, prescribe, or warehouse any peptide, drug, supplement, or other substance.
- We do not vet, certify, lab-test, audit, or endorse the identity, purity, potency, sterility, safety, quality, or legality of any product offered by any third-party vendor. A listing is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a representation about the listed product or vendor.
- We do not verify vendor licensing, regulatory status, shipping practices, customs disclosures, refund policies, or compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Affiliate commissions
When you click a Marketplace link and complete a purchase with the third-party vendor, peptidio may receive an affiliate commission. This commission does not change the price you pay. We do not process the transaction inside the Service, do not collect payment information, and do not act as an agent of the vendor in the transaction.
Vendor information is third-party content
Vendor names, product descriptions, prices, sizes, stock status, photos, and any other information surfaced in a listing are sourced from the vendor or from public listings and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date at any time. Information may change between when you view a listing and when you complete a purchase. We make no representation or warranty as to vendor content.
Your purchase is between you and the vendor
Your purchase is governed by the third-party vendor's terms of service, privacy policy, refund policy, shipping policy, and any other applicable terms — not by these Terms. All disputes regarding payment, shipping, product condition, refunds, chargebacks, returns, customs, or quality are between you and the vendor. SlyckAI is not a party to that transaction and will not arbitrate, mediate, or refund vendor purchases.
Legality is your responsibility
The legal status of research peptides varies substantially by country, state, province, and over time. Many peptides are lawfully sold only as research chemicals and are not intended for human use. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including with respect to importation, possession, and use. Reporting vendor problems
If you believe a vendor has misrepresented a product or otherwise behaved improperly, please raise the issue with the vendor first (refunds and shipping disputes can only be resolved by the vendor). If you would like a listing reviewed for removal, email info@slyckai.com with the listing URL, the vendor's response (if any), and a short description of the issue. We may remove listings in our sole discretion but have no obligation to investigate or moderate vendor conduct.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlyckAI disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, harm, or damage arising out of or in any way related to a purchase from or interaction with a third-party vendor surfaced in the Marketplace. This Disclaimer supplements, and does not replace, the disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in the Terms of Service.
