Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of peptidio (the "Service"). We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, with or without prior notice.

You may not use the Service to:

  • Break the law. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including export, sanctions, or controlled-substance laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Practice medicine. Provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosing instructions to other users through reviews, comments, journal entries, community posts, or any other means.
  • Trade in controlled substances. Solicit, offer, advertise, broker, sell, exchange, gift, or arrange the transfer of any controlled substance, prescription drug, unapproved drug, or human-use peptide to or from another user or any third party. The Marketplace is a directory of outbound affiliate links only — you may not use any feature of the Service to facilitate peer-to-peer commerce.
  • Endanger others. Encourage, glamorize, or instruct others to engage in unsafe injection practices, mix substances in ways that pose serious harm, or self-harm in any form.
  • Misrepresent. Submit reviews you did not write, fabricate experiences you did not have, impersonate any other person, or falsify your credentials or affiliations.
  • Spam or astroturf. Post duplicate content, automate engagement, run engagement-for-engagement schemes, or coordinate inauthentic activity to manipulate ratings, rankings, or community signal.
  • Harass. Threaten, harass, dox, stalk, defame, or target any person, including for protected characteristics. Do not share other users' personally identifiable information without their consent.
  • Distribute harmful content. Upload or share malware, viruses, phishing links, sexual content involving minors, content that promotes terrorism, or content otherwise prohibited by the App Store Review Guidelines or applicable law.
  • Promote or sell. Use reviews, community posts, journal entries, or AI Coach prompts to promote, advertise, link out to, or sell any product or service, except as expressly permitted by us.
  • Abuse the platform. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape at scale, probe for vulnerabilities, attempt to bypass security or rate-limits, or interfere with the integrity or availability of the Service. Do not use the Service to develop a competing product.
  • Misuse AI features. Use the AI Coach, Vial Scanner, or other AI features to (i) extract our system prompts or model weights, (ii) generate content prohibited above, or (iii) circumvent the safety guardrails that refuse personalized dosing or medical recommendations.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate this AUP, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or platform rules. We may also report violations to law-enforcement authorities or platform providers (including Apple) where appropriate. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund.

If you believe another user has violated this AUP, use the in-app "Report" control on the relevant content, or email info@slyckai.com with the details and links needed to investigate.
